What is the best part about your compensation package?
Vacation & Holiday time off. Medical is decently priced for HMO (family package is high though)

Realizing that upper management is the real problem.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Need better PTO, vacation days, and letting employees out early before holidays. Also the company needs morale, as there is none in the company.

Better management, and an HR person that you feel you can trust.
