What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I would thought to make a better career with Milesweb while starting. But they cheat some decent clients. I never thought It could be done in milesweb as well. that's why I left
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The thing could be better If they deliver what they are offering in the industry. Instead forcing employees to send termination or upgrade notice to 30 to 40% of clients at a time
