What do you like best about the leadership team?
They usually listen to employee ideas and are interested in our feedback. Respectful. No issues with them at all
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair time off policy. Comparable benefit package to most other people's I know. Health insurance is not as good anywhere so I don't really feel it's fair to complain about that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all seem to work together well with no huge disagreements. If there are differences in opinion, we work them out as adults. Some whining off and on, like anywhere else, but everyone seems pretty happy
