Working at miracle ear has been a great experience, i get to help in the process of getting ones hearing helth on track. ive learned alot from working here. it gets busy but for the most part its a laid back environment with friendly staff and management that is communicative and cares.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how much they care about their staff. they always reach out to see if we are having any issues or need any help with anything in our offices. always offering training and hold weekly meetings to discuss concerns and recognize success.
