I like how much they care about their staff. they always reach out to see if we are having any issues or need any help with anything in our offices. always offering training and hold weekly meetings to discuss concerns and recognize success.

My coworkers are wonderful and also just trying to manage the craziness. They are supportive for the most part.

My coworker that works in the office with me is very rude. He is an jamacian pastor so i try to be understanding because of the different cultures but i constantly feel attacked. Weve had multiple sit downs to try to solve the issues but once out boss leaves its right back to the way it was.

Employee retention rates are low because the pay is not adequate, the responsibilities are too numerous, and the regard for others is minimal.

had cancer and asked for immediate family time off and was refused, asked to go part time and was refused. Had to resign and had a stage 3 tumor.
