Working at miracle ear has been a struggle for me. I love my boss and the patients that come in. But in my office the work enviroment has been very hostile and negative. I feel uncomfortable constantly and sometimes unheard. Ive addressed issues mulitple times but nothing gets solved.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positive thing at my company is the patients i get to interact with everyday and also the coworkers outside of my office that uplift me
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworker that works in the office with me is very rude. He is an jamacian pastor so i try to be understanding because of the different cultures but i constantly feel attacked. Weve had multiple sit downs to try to solve the issues but once out boss leaves its right back to the way it was.
