Open and transparent. Focused on getting a good quality product out there, and really understand customer pain points, as opposed to just talking the talk.

Team has total transparency into company details. Leadership team is approachable and friendly. Meetings are striaght-forward and transparent.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody is transparent about the work they do, and there's always support in getting things completed. Team is aligned towards a common goal. Product is very strong, and positioning is great (brand is recognizable for customers, good set of customers too).
