We need some leadership. We get no direction.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They do t oay is our carried interest for 7 years. That is crazy because our fund has a 5 year investment period. They pay themselves but not the employees. They will loan us the money as long as we pay them 8% interest on our money.
