What did you like most about the interview process?
My interviewer was my current team leader and I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and personable he was from the beginning of the interview.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership maintains an open door policy and is completely transparent about decisions concerning team members and the company as a whole. Incredibly intelligent and compassionate leaders.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexible PTO and working remotely make for an incredible combination. Morale is always high as work life balance is maintained despite there being a lot of work to do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is intelligent, hard working, kind and patient. I am always surprised by the lengths my team is willing to go to make sure I am helped if I ever have difficulty solving a problem.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are always willing to take time out of their busy days to stop and help when someone is experiencing difficulty with a problem. The camaraderie is the best part about the company culture. I never feel like I'm alone when I'm working on a task.
