What is the best part about your compensation package?
Amazing healthcare and generous company options.
It's fair, and I don't feel I have to fight to be treated fair, they just get it
Bonus and Stock Options to compliment base salary
Stock Options and unlimited PTO
The stock options were a nice surprise.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Pro learning/mentoring environment. Supportive team members.
They're very varied, divers and interesting. There's always the chance to learn something
Passionate group with great domain knowledge
Can be myself, do not need to pretend to be someone I am not. Allowed to do my work my way (within the rules).

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Passionate team working toward a shared goal of delivering great dev ops tools.
The company is very supportive of work/life balance, particularly when it comes to things like family events, and illness etc.
Strong diversity and employee focused
I get to work from home. I can spend all day with my cat and two dogs and can step away from things and be with them for a bit.
The work from home culture is well supported.

Practical and sensible interview process. Prioritizes passion and interest to learn and grow in candidates.

I had to do about 7 interviews to join the company, if that could be condensed that would be great.

Interacting with my coworkers and facing challenges together.
I get work on industry leading technology, and spend time with customers (who are brand names, and also fascinating to work with)
