Treating people like people and not a number.

New hires make almost has much as people that has been there for years
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better pay. better management. Tell people if they are working Saturday on Wednesday so they can make plans with there family. Get rid of the "mandatory" Saturdays all through the year its ridiculous.
