What makes you most happy at work?
Even though the schedules fluctuate VERY much I still like to go home early when I get the chance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone gets along very well on our shift and help each other out when there’s no workers to fill in their own station

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I was the only one to show up to the group interview and they gave me the job almost on the spot.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Lack of communication. I’ve been there past 90 days and they still haven’t trained me on the position I applied for. Just having me do just work. I could ask my lead to actually train me but everything is so fast pace that I won’t have time to learn or else the work slows
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It’s easy but heavy work in a hot environment surrounded by lots of dangerous tools. They make us come in to work on Saturday even if we met our SIP. They’d rather pull orders from next week than let us have Saturday off. Then come next week we’ll be sent home early because we won’t have any
