What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are direct yet respectful. They all have interesting personalities and are just great to work for. Most importantly, they know how to lead. I come from an organization where there was a lack of leadership.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The yearly bonus as well as the profit sharing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are a cool group of guys of various age ranges. I'm the only woman in the office and I've never felt uncomfortable.
