This is a wonderful company/organization in terms of work ethics, but the last two layoffs of 2020 created a destructive atmosphere for management. People want to stay because of the ideas that the company fights for, but want to quit over the fear for their future.

Consistency in between the interviewers, and be faster in between the steps.

Working on making a performant browser which is respecting the privacy of people.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The company needs to be more open. The last couple of years Mozilla slowly became more opaque and procedural. It needs to be more community base. It needs to reduce the salaries.
