Health care for my family is 100% company paid. That's an additional $45k as part of my compensation.

Mozilla provides 100% medical and awesome maternal and paternal leave benefits as well as additional wellness compensation yearly. They provide quarterly bonuses that can be up to 40% of your quarterly eligible salary in lieu of options/stocks. They also provide a yearly 401k deposit up to 7%
