While I feel as if I am not making a difference in the world and I am doing this job not because i enjoy it, but because it is the best thing i can get; I would have to say it is the most caring company that I have ever worked for. If you are wanting to work from home, this is the place to do so.

Better pay than I was at previous large corporation and no back breaking labor

Easy to contact. Willing to work with schedule. Understanding of mistakes or shortcomings. Encouraging.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Completely remote. No garbage/unpersonable group interview. Interview did not feel like a string along or a sales pitch. did not require any personal monetary or resource investment (yes, I have had that before)
What are some of the best things about your team?
90% of the people are friendly and nice to each other like friends. No one is mean or intolerable, at the worst some people are not sociable or some often cranky (but what do you expect with the insurance/call center industry).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company seems to actually care about employees and their interests. the company will pay you to go to school even if the schooling isnt for moving up in the company and offers many employee resource groups such as for women in leadership, black employees, latino/a employees, and LGBTQ
