We have such a dynamic, powerful group of women leaders. It's not everyday you can say you work for a mostly women ran business that is making a huge mark.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is incredible and my favorite part of MyVillage. I have worked for organizations where the culture was toxic. This culture is like none other. Everyone raises one another up. Self-care and personal development is highly encouraged and even built into the culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The culture and leadership is by far the best I have worked for and been a part of. They encourage open dialogue and independence. Each team member is made to feel like crucial part of the team. I absolutely love working with this executive team.
