What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a very open-door culture.
Onboarding is culture driven and personal.
I haven't worked for the company for long, but have been welcomed graciously. The lovely environment is an effect of the passion we all share for what we're doing and the focus we share of supporting one another to do our jobs well.

There are times you need to work longer hours, but your manager and the executive team are there making sure you take care of yourself and don't get burned out. My manager and I check in on each other every week to make sure we're working out which is amazing.

Community building is in the mission statement!
We have great internal traditions - like sharing our 'why' for being in this business in team meetings. Everyone on the team is values aligned and we talk about them daily, with our stakeholders and each other.

The culture is incredible and my favorite part of MyVillage. I have worked for organizations where the culture was toxic. This culture is like none other. Everyone raises one another up. Self-care and personal development is highly encouraged and even built into the culture.
