Virtual, I was able to do the interviews via video chat.
They were patient as I determined my capacity
I liked the fact that they focused on who I was as well as the qualifications I had. I value beings considered on the basis of my work ethic along with my resume.
This was the first time an interview process actually felt like a conversation. We were both genuinely trying to get to know eachother.
