Ms. Yael Sandler has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Nano Dimension Ltd. since June 14, 2015. From 2014 to 2015, Ms. Sandler served as Group Controller of RealMatch Ltd. From 2011 to December 2014, she held various positions at Somekh-Chaikin (KPMG Israel), where she gained valuable experience working with public companies and companies pursuing initial public offerings. She completed the professional course of the Israeli Navy in 2005 and served as a submarine simulator instructor and commander until 2007. Ms. Sandler earned a B.A. with honors in Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Mr. Sharon Fima is a Co-Founder of Nano Dimension Ltd. and has been its Chief Technology Officer since August 2014. Mr. Fima is a print technology development expert with many years in advanced R&D management positions. His digital printing technology knowledge has developed over 14 years spent at the cutting edge and covers a range of technologies including inkJet technology, 3D printer production and nano-silver ink development. His past positions include advanced research and development management at HP Indigo and Xjet. Mr. Fima has been a Director of Nano Dimension Ltd. since August 2014.

Mr. Simon Anthony-Fried is a Co-Founder of Nano Dimension Ltd. and has been its Chief Marketing Officer since August 2014. Mr. Anthony-Fried has been the Chief Business Officer at Nano Dimension Ltd. since August 2014. He served as Vice President of Marketing at Eternegy Ltd. He started out as a Strategy Consultant at Michael Porter's Monitor Group. He has 15 years experience as strategy consultant and marketing advisor to multinationals and start-ups (financial services, FMCG, B2B, automotive, retail, medical devices, software). He was employed at Monitor Company, Financial Services Authority, Oxford Risk, Mountainview, Oxford University, Eternegy and Milk & Honey Distillery. Over the last 10 years, Mr. Anthony-Fried has worked as Marketing Advisor, Consultant and Trainer to some the world's largest FMCG, automotive, financial and retail groups. He has also served as a Financial Regulator at the UK Financial Services Authority, where he developed risk management and corporate governance expertise. He has been a Director of Nano Dimension Ltd. since August 2014. Mr. Anthony-Fried holds a B.Sc in Psychology and Management and Risk & Choice from University College London, an MBA from Bocconi and HEC and an M.Phil in Behavioral Economics from Oxford University, where he also worked as a Researcher into the psychology of investment decisions and consumer choice. Mr. Anthony-Fried also holds an MSc. in Behavioral Economics from Oxford.

Tim Sheehan serves as the Vice President of Global Sales of Nano Dimension. Tim started at Nano Dimension in August of 2018. Tim is currently based in the Greater Boston Area.
