Very much a family feel to how leadership operates. This is a positive reinforcement group for the most part, and they are more than willing to help you grow into a better scientist.

Wide diversity of skills and backgrounds - including organizational prowess and presentation skills that allow for each person to be a different cog rather than duplicates of the same part.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
