What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Diversity of thought, background and demographics. Also, why are we doubling down on an industry in perpetual decline? Unfortunately these decisions are clearly made to ensure top execs short-term goals and get their bonuses but it leads to disingenuous communication with the rest of the team.
