What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I love my job but I hate the drive to/from and I dislike half the people I have to interact with. They immediately attacked me and kept me off balance to make me feel like I was doing something wrong. Eventually I figured out that they're threatened by me, but I have to work with them.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Instead of attacking and bullying people, try opening communication and trusting your coworkers and employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Fairly compensating the employees, giving better feedback, communicating, being open to flex schedules or telecommuting. There's a policy for it, why can't anyone use it? Or is it just fluff to try to trick people into working here?
