What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay and benefits are great but there are no stock options.You are paid well here but you pay dearly with your sanity and you develop physical health problems from the stress the owners put on you.No job is worth trading your health and well being for any amount of money.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone who works here are like a nice big happy family of abused children so they all try to look out after one another and not cause trouble for each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Just the pay and benefits.Every employee is being watched on camera all day long by the owner and the owner will even pretend to be a customer and chat with employees to try and get them to make a mistake on chat so he can rip them a new one.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I was pressured into immediately taking the company's offer and I should have seen this as a red flag warning me to not work for this negative office.
