What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think they do a great job... although representatives have to be top sellers to get free access to the seminars. Or they are very expensive to attend. The leadership teams do a good job on social media.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I dont really have a team, no downline under me. I did have 7 people on my team, but they all quit. We used to have a district manager and local meetings, but that is all gone now. Social media is how Avon Now interacts with us representives now.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am a independent representative so I do not work specifically at a company.

The New Avon has made alot of changes recently, sometimes not to our benefit
