They still show up to work and haven't left for better paying jobs.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There wasn't one really. They just said do you have transportation and can you work these hours.

They listen to the team and invite the staff to contribute to the vision and our solutions.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Revamping the monitor program and making it on a level playing field with other monitor companies is in the same area.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We work 40 hrs a week but, are considered part time and not offered ANY benefits at all.
I do not feel undervalued but as a non-profit there is no profit sharing or stock options.
