I enjoyed meeting the CXO level folks I'd be working for.
The compensation package is average at best. I don't think there's a "best part"
Clear messaging and transparency of information quarterly from our CEO, Mike Sicard, who seems like a trustworthy and ethical person.
Again, it's a team morale issue. The overall vibe of the office is downtrodden and negative.
It's not the coworkers' fault as much as the sweatshop culture and mentality of the organization that drives the coworkers' morale down.
