What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Virtually everything: setting realistic goals, valuing their employees, being upfront and transparent
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Although a handful of us (after multiple rounds of layoffs, that is) are in the Berkeley office, it was suggested by management (in the Toronto, Canada) that many of us were overpaid (not taking into account the NorCal cost-of-living, nor the fact that many of us hadn't had raises in years).
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Toronto office needs to work better with the Berkeley office.
