My experience at the company is to keep every running and functioning effectively each day.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Too many moving targets and complex hurdles are intentionally put in place so bonuses aren't earned.

It's a good temporary job. Would not recommend staying past six months. You network with credible, fantastic companies and can easily land a better paying job at one of them.
