What do you like best about the leadership team?
Core values are well defined
they're very understanding. they are flexible with allowing time off
I have the abiity to move up in the leadership position.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. I have not doubt.
Leadership is more on the lookout for things to complain about than things they can give praise for.

Fair and competitive salary for the role

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No longer employed with this company.
You're given more work and responsibility with no raise. Managers delegate all of their work to subordinates with no extra compensation.
Too many moving targets and complex hurdles are intentionally put in place so bonuses aren't earned.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Committed to collaboration and collective success

We share all information pertaining to the job.
We work together. We care about one another which makes us work well together.
Peers are great but high turnover rate do to poor management and low pay.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the atmosphere is nice and its well heated and air conditioned
We have the ability to share our workload.
Caring and knowledgeable people. We are hard working people who care greatly about our clients needs being met.
