What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to meet my supervisor upfront to determine job description, work expectations, facility and office location, and if I would enjoy working with her. Questions were encouraged, and all mine were answered.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interesting work, usually busy pace, and great customers. My team is the best to work with, and we have also become best friends away from work as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The CEO and the executive team are approachable and ready to help wherever they can. They have also provided perks in the form of bonuses for extra achievement, and they provide food trucks on campus at a discount amount, $5.00 for lunch, a few days per week.
