NuVasive is a good place to work. They just have a hard time on deciding where to focus and how to provide the approrpiate resources to take projecta to the finish line. This ends up creating competing priorities for multiple segments of the business. Overall, a lack of work/life balance.
Great company, large, great product, does have an overall corporate feel. Awesome PTO policy.
