Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Underpaid va competitors by 30-40%
I need to be paid more with better insurance.
Jobs are not scoped correctly for pay and job description and because there are always passionate people willing to do the work in this competitive environment, it will continue to happen. Not good when everyone is always joking about it....you'd see less turnover if people were paid and appreciated

Passionate, fun, mostly smart, driven
Passion! The folks here are very passionate about what we do. And that is infectious, drives innovation and ideas.
