Good opportunities to grow and succeed but staff retention and attrition are scary. A challenge to keep salary up to market rates even with great performance.
I would never want to be a patient here. Clinical staff and providers are great but the so called management lacks basic sense. The system is so bad and often patient care is jeoparidised. They have racist culture and protect their own kind. Never work here if you want peaceful life.
Love it and love working there.
