Mr. Peter G. Dornau Co-Founded Ocean Bio-Chem Inc. and has been its Chief Executive Officer and President since 1973. Mr. Dornau has been the Chairman and Director of Ocean Bio-Chem Inc. since 1973.

Mr. Jeffrey S. Barocas has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Ocean Bio-Chem Inc. since March 2007. Mr. Barocas served as Chief Financial Officer of Singing Machine Co. Inc. from April 9, 2004 to April 5, 2005 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of Quality Communications, Inc. He served the Chief Financial Officer of Biometrics Security Technology Inc. since 2002 until July 14, 2003. Mr. Barocas served as the Chief Financial Officer of Synthesys Secure Technologies, Inc., a subsidiary of AUG Corp. since March 2002. From 1996 to 2002, Mr. Barocas previously served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Quipp, Inc., a Miami, FL-based manufacturer of automated capital equipment for the newspaper industry. From 1986 to 1995, he served as Chief Financial Officer at London International U.S. Holdings, a Sarasota, FL consumer products and medical products company, where he managed all financial, information systems and materials procurement activities. London International U.S. Holdings was a standalone subsidiary of London-based London International. He served as Vice President of London International U.S. Holdings, Inc. from 1990 to 1995. His responsibilities included financial reporting and SEC filings, due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and strategic planning. He has been a Director of Ocean Bio-Chem Inc. since August 2007. Mr. Barocas earned a B.S. degree in computer sciences from the New York Institute of Technology and an MBA in public accounting from St. Johns University. He completed the Senior Executive Management Program at the London School of Economics, London.
