I truly love my job. I get to work in the lab with brilliant and kind engineers and scientists while pushing drug delivery projects that will one day help patients. I work with many passionate and dedicated employees and I love my work family. Also today we won our company softball game!

My favorite perk is summer hours where we work an extra hour Monday through Thursday and take a half day Friday during the summer.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It had a natural flow and feel. The people I spoke with were very kind and made me feel like we were chatting in a friendly way rather than grilled with difficult questions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is both incredibly knowledge and humble, which is a difficult combination to find! They definitely lead by example and look for input from all employees quite often. They foster a great community feeling at the company.

We are encouraged to speak our minds and work together. We have a team of representatives from all the departments to continuously improve our company culture and they have made great strides to achieve this. We have seminars to stimulate learning and growth as well as frequent social events.
