I'm Todd new in the IT dept since Feb. To me it was the changes that were made to keep the company going and get things FDA approved, friendly very approachable people and I believe in them .
I like how they keep the entire company informed about their decision making and explain the rationale behind it. They all believe in what we are doing and their positive attitudes are spread to all of the other employees.

Our leadership team is both incredibly knowledge and humble, which is a difficult combination to find! They definitely lead by example and look for input from all employees quite often. They foster a great community feeling at the company.
