its not bad as far as the job goes, but the management is lacking and customers can see that.

Time management need to be improved.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

in the 3 years I worked there I went from 7.25-7.80. Try living off of that.....

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The company environment is very comfortable.
