Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
my store manager gives me so much anxiety. and sometimes the schedules are a mess and i have to close alone.
Being paid more fairly not every adult can get a desk job that pays more I need experience and school for certain things just pay the workers more kids are moving out of there parents home at like 18 now sometimes 17 and need more pay
The amount I'm paid for the workload I'm expected to do and the environment I'm expected to work in is too low. It is far too stressful and management is, for the most part, completely insensitive to that.

What are some of the best things about your team?
If your manager treats you right, you respect them, and it manifests onto the team, where they work together towards one goal. There is a core of us all on the same page, wanting success of each other.
All of them even if we are hiring new one's. The best part is us individually showing motivation in teaching the new ones on board to become us and not set them up for failure. We are making them join the team not hate the job. I'm Marie Molina and I approve this message.
We work all together as one big team with some managers in there as well
My team is, for the most part, willing to share the workload equally and distribute responsibilities evenly.
