My general manager has told me she'd give me 13 an hr if I'd stay because I was looking for another job and need for then 11 an hr because I'm an adult I have my own place with a dog and have bills then she had turned around and said she'd rather have me work for it then her just giving it etc

We work all together as one big team with some managers in there as well

Coworkers at very nice to one another and just some of the customers really make my day

The general manager at the time was very nice and understanding and was very stern but polite when he had to talk to someone about anything serious
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Some employees feel underappreciated because sometimes of how we get treated like it's hard to explain how we get treated not exactly but court worthy but definitely needs to be
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid more fairly not every adult can get a desk job that pays more I need experience and school for certain things just pay the workers more kids are moving out of there parents home at like 18 now sometimes 17 and need more pay
