What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Co-workers are just people hired that can do office work, type, file, phones etc. to do paralegal work for a low wage. They are not educated to do such work and so when they fail, they are let go so usually they are constantly hiring and firing every week by the dozens. A revolving door.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Treat clients like humans or family and stop trying to drain their funds that are already being taken by the IRS.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Not have mass interviewing. Nothing worse than going to an interview and it's in a board room with 15 other people.
