What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Dependent on candidates, treated different dependent on who you were or who you knew, there were so many directors who did not have a clue about cannabis or the division they were leading. I knew of a person that was hired without any interview or reference check. Totally corrupt organization.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Fire all senior management or at least a some to get a different culture. The organization lacks direction and leading by example.
