What do you like best about your company?
The camaraderie and team atmosphere, low pressure but high expectations which works for me because I do my best work on my own.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The company has tremendous growth opportunities and t's a fun place to work, great people from top to bottom. The only downside is the lack of resources (no outside funding) to expand our sales and marketing teams. We could really take off if we had a deeper team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation plan for my position is open-ended. The more I sell the more I can earn and the commission window is 36 months.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Adding to our staff to expand our opportunities with the company. I make great money as a Sales Rep but I'm ready to lead a team but I can't until we add more people to our team.
