Ms. Jing Hao has been Chief Financial Officer of Carlateral, Inc. since November 16, 2007. Ms. Hao has been the Chief Financial Officer of Orient Paper, Inc. since November 3, 2014. She served as Chief Financial Officer of Orient Paper Inc. (Formerly Hebei Baoding Orient Paper Milling Company Limited) from November 2007 to April 2009 and served as its Chief Accounting Officer until May 1, 2009. Ms. Hao served as Manager of Financial Department for Hebei Baoding Orient Paper Milling Company Limited from 2005 to 2006 and as an Assistant Manager of Financial Department for Shandong Chenming Paper Milling Group Company Limited from 2004 to 2006.

Mr. Fuzeng Liu has been Vice President of Orient Paper, Inc. since 2002. Mr. Liu has been a Vice President of Hebei Baoding Orient Paper Milling Company Limited since 2002. He served as Deputy Secretary of Xushui Town Traffic Bureau from 1992 to 2002, Party Secretary of Xushui Town Dayin Village from 1988 to 1992 and Head of the Xushui Town Cuizhuang Village from 1984 to 1988. From 1977 to 1984, Mr. Liu served in committee office of Xushui Town. From 1970 to 1977, he served in the Pharmaceutical Company of Xushui Town. He has been a Director of Orient Paper, Inc. since November 30, 2007.

Ms. Dahong Zhou has been a Secretary of Orient Paper, Inc. (formerly, Carlateral, Inc.) since November 16, 2007. Ms. Zhou also has been an Executive Manager of Hebei Baoding Orient Paper Milling Company Limited Limited (Orient Paper HB) since 2006. She has been Secretary of Orient Paper Inc. since November 16, 2007.
