The pay is not equitable to the market value of similar positions in the area.

The process has changed significantly since I interviewed, so my feedback wouldn't really be relevant.

I work with a number of intelligent and capable individuals with a great sense of ownership and accountability.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Executive team members are down to earth and are open to productive comments and suggestions from any individual in the company, regardless of job title.
