I think the most positive thing about Orion's culture is the ability to fail. We're pushed to innovate and sometimes that means we fall on our face - but my manager and team members know this and make it a safe place to fail, learn, and get better.

Positive, helpful, and outgoing culture focused on growth and new development.

The culture is constantly evolving as technology make collaboration across location easier.
