Average package nothing that everyone else doesn't offer. Lower than average 401K match

Hire managers with actual experience that can help and are not just yes men. Stop running off the people who actually know what they are doing.

Stop hiring "Yes men" and hire real experienced managers
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Company ERP system is outdated and procedures are practically non existent due to hire turn over as a result of poor management. Operations is on COD due to mismanagement and failure to process and pay bills
