What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Instead of acting high and mighty by the sly of talking, only educated & ethical people who work there will know what is happening now. The Program Manager is very good at talking to manipulate her words in order to direct you into believing something or acting at things. Be careful of these swines.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Negative reviews are being censored in-platform. The only upside is coming out to speak in other forums & outside sources. I was 'gaslighted' and had the marketing team taken sides against me due to the damage within the MyMultiTools store. Poor track of updates, & the listings are screwed up.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Marketing side: getting experienced staff in & take away those who do not read, nor write properly. Warehouse side: Getting people in that properly identifies the changes instead of backlogging & passing updating work to the marketing team. Also have people readily committed to work focus too.
