What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More professional people with university degrees to run the company not bunch of street thugs . Diversified management not all italians with tattoos and attitudes .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Annaul raises dont exist , CEO takes all the money for himself. He trys to be like Plan Group but cant get a job from PCL if his life depends on it . His management team are his friends or relatives, its a family mafia organization backed up by Muzzo Drywall and IBEW353. All money driven .
