Mr. Daniel H. Cushman has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of P.A.M. Transportation Services, Inc. since July 2009. Mr. Cushman served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for CRST International, Inc. from July 2008 to July 2009 and served as its Vice President and General Manager of Dedicated Services from March 2008 to July 2008. Mr. Cushman served as Senior Executive Vice President of Werner Enterprises Inc. from January 2004 to January 15, 2008, Chief Marketing Officer from April 2002 to January 15, 2008, Executive Vice President since April 2002 and also served as its Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Cushman joined Werner Enterprises Inc. in 1997 as Director of National Accounts. Mr. Cushman has with him many years of successful experience in all facets of the transportation industry. He has a wealth of knowledge from holding prestigious positions at companies such as Roadway Express, Triple Crown Services, Werner Enterprises and most recently CRST. He served as Vice President of Sales at Van Division of Werner Enterprises Inc. since April 1999, Senior Vice President at Van Division since December 1999 and its Senior Vice President of Marketing and Operations since January 2001. Mr. Cushman served as President of Triple Crown Services in Fort Wayne, Indiana for four years. He served in various other management positions at Triple Crown Services starting in 1988. From 1978 to 1988, Mr. Cushman served at Roadway Express in Akron, Ohio. He has been a Director of P.A.M. Transportation Services, Inc. since 2009.

Mr. Allen W. West has been the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance, Treasurer and Secretary of P.A.M. Transportation Services, Inc. since June 3, 2013 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. West joined P.A.M. Transportation Services, in June 1997 as Director of Tax and served as Vice President of Tax and Financial Reporting since 2007. Mr. West served in various capacities within the trucking industry and within public accounting. He has a B.S. degree from Arkansas State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant.
